Lettuce is another favorite over here at Canopy Gardens but we are so excited we added it to our current lineup of produce. We currently offer these varieties:

• Buttercrunch

• Wintercrunch (Our favorite lettuce)

• Wild Salad Mix (featuring Sweet Pea Microgreens, Black Magic Kale, Buttercrunch, Wintercrunch, Oakleaf and Sweet Crisp Lettuce)

  As time goes on we are hoping to add in more types of head lettuce and possibly more salad mixes. Unlike our Tomatoes and Cucumbers our lettuce is available all year long.
